Imogen has a background in public affairs, stakeholder engagement, and communications after several years working in Cardiff Bay. Her experience spans a wide range of client sectors, including housing, healthcare, education, and renewable energy. Prior to this, Imogen worked as a Researcher and Constituency Assistant for a Member of the Senedd (Welsh Parliament). 

These roles have provided valuable insights into the political landscape in Wales—particularly relevant in the lead-up to the Senedd 2026 Elections. Some of Imogen’s favourite aspects of her work include community engagement, events, public affairs, and ‘getting under the skin’ of Welsh politics.
