Seb joined Thirty4/7 in 2025 as an Account Director after several years working across the planning communications industry. Seb is a proven communications professional with a sector specialism in communicating Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) and DCO processes across a range of sectors including hydrogen, mining, water, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and photovoltaics (solar).

Seb is an expert in developing and delivering robust, compliant consultation and engagement programmes for large scale infrastructure in the UK. He has delivered several DCO schemes across the country, supporting clients including RWE, South West Water, SSE, Kellas Midstream, Cornish Lithium and National Grid.
