With almost 20 years of public relations experience, Damian Greenfield is a well-respected senior leader in public participation and stakeholder engagement. Damian specialises in creating and delivering stakeholder engagement and public consultation strategies, developing stakeholder insight, identifying communications risk, developing stakeholder advocates, and mapping stakeholders across the public and private sector.

Damian is a champion of effective communication with experience of effectively involving people and communities in change having supported dozens of public sector organisations that aim to deliver change at pace, meet legal duties and regulatory requirements whilst maintaining the trust of the stakeholders they serve. Actively leading Development Consent Order and Transport and Works Act Order applications for National Significant Infrastructure Programmes for a range of transformation proposals, Damian specialises in identifying, planning for, and managing the risks of conducting public consultations on potentially contentious proposals throughout the infrastructure sector.
